I personally think the world of abdominal muscles. I adore having a worked abdomen, and sometimes I need to find another best exercise to burn fat that is threatening to ruin my abs looks. If you have a stomach that is nicely worked, you will be able to make your self remarkable in any sport. General health also depends on healthy abdominal muscles. This is why I always try to make time for fitness and gym, as I think they are a necessity, just like drinking water. In my opinion, the best exercise to burn fat will also build up strong muscles.

Everyone would like to have a worked 6 pack ab, but how do they follow their purpose. Most people go to a gym, work on the best machines for a long time, for all abdomen muscles. Unfortunately, it’s not sufficient. ~There a few more things to do like a diet, medical tests and exercise endurance testing. When I weight more pounds than I should, I feel each and every one of them in my exercise endurance. At those times, I need to dig in my extensive exercise archive and unravel the best exercise to burn fat that does not cause shorten breath and muscular pains. This only till I rebuild my endurance levels and can carry on with usual machine exercises.

The muscles on our stomach are muscles that are resistant by definition. Someone, a close friend, knowing that I am a gym addict, told me once that the best exercise to burn fat and keep a nice abdomen in actually found in the right alimentation, starting with cereals and ending with omega 3 foods like fish. I can not disagree with him, because he is 100% right. But, if the muscles are not solicited, they will remain healthy but will not grow…if there’s no need to, why should they?

Below I will describe to you two abdomen muscle exercises that can work all parts harmoniously and that I find especially easy to perform, regardless of your current weight. They will both assure a constant energy burning, and therefore can be considered one of the best exercise to burn fat. The best thing is that you will be concomitantly working your muscles and loosing the belly fat at the same time.

Machine crunches

Referring to this type of exercise, you must focus on the pressure it applies on your upper abdomen. The basic series will be repeated 3 times, and an average of 15 repetitions per series is enough

Executing this exercise is easy. All we have to do is sit down at the machine and then grab the machine handles. Keep your head up to avoid neck extension. When we actually contract the stomach muscles, we need to take the shoulder in front and curbed our back. Breathe out when you contract the muscles, then maintain the maximum position a bit and breathe in

Legs lift while hanging

In this exercise we will work the lower muscles of our abs. The main purpose here is to make up to 4 sets of 15 repetitions each. Grab a fitness hanging equipment. Take a deep breath and then lift the legs up, in an upright position. After you take them down again, you can breathe out. This exercise can be easier if you bend the knees when lifting the legs.

Jogging

I can not help but adding this in all my routines. Jogging is such an efficient and complex movement that it is considered by the whole world the best exercise to burn fat. It also helps my muscle building, because being a cardiovascular exercise it puts my blood into flow and also increases metabolism. A morning out jogging virtually changes my day in more that just one way…I see everything with different eyes and get additional motivation for keeping my weight and fitness goals.

Being healthy doesn’t only encompass eating a healthy diet, but it also means staying fit throughout the day and that every day. Really being healthy is about three things: healthy food/diet, healthy body/fitness and healthy mind/outlook on life.

A healthy body needs to be fit, and if you think you need to look like a bodybuilder, you’re wrong. Yes, you can do it to extremes as well if fitness is one of your hobbies, however for the regular folks like you and me, it’s enough to make a minimum of exercises a week in order for our body to know that it is loved and well cared for.

Here are a couple of things you can do on your own, without having to go to the gym, and still stay fit. These tips are for beginners, who haven’t used their body to heavy exercises.

  • Dance - Listen to your favorite uplifting music CD and dance. Make sure to put enough energy into it. For example wave your arms, lift up your knees, move your hips, and simply go with it.
  • Wall Press – Stand up straight in front of a wall, close enough to place your palms on the wall with your arms straight in front of you at shoulder level. Bend your elbows to bring the tip of your nose to the wall, then push back to start position. Just simply press the wall.
  • Stretch - Lie on your back with and have your knees bent, feet on the floor and arms by your sides. Move your hips downwards away from your ribs and then, one by one, slide your feet away from your body till your legs are straight. Make sure to keep your arms straight, and then lift them over your head until they are stretched out on the floor behind your head. Finally relax into the stretch. Alternatively you can lie down on the floor and gently lift your legs (straight up, not bent knees) while you also raise your upper body lightly with your arms outstretched.

By doing just these basic exercises, you will give your body enough movement to let your blood pump in your veins and move your muscles in relatively unusual ways. It will simply freshen you up and give you a sense of being wide away and alive.
