It is not good to exclude carbohydrates from your diet for rapid weight loss, as stop having carbohydrates for a long period will cause weakness and as soon as will start having your carbohydrates you will regain your loss weight.

Now you might be wondering about the solution, that how you can loss weight rapidly? It is very simple, just by making a good combination of healthy diet you can easily lose your weight rapidly. Exercising with healthy eating will certainly help you in loosing weight rapidly.
